New Patient Registration

The Whitfield Practice is now taking new patient registrations.

If you are not accepted with a practice you should contact Primary Care Support England  where you will find details about registering with a doctor.

If you look after a relative, friend or child who because of illness, disability or the effects of old age is unable to manage without your help, you are a carer. This surgery is in close contact with Carers Leeds. By completing a yellow card obtained at reception, your status as a carer will be added to your clinical details and upon request we can refer you to Carers Leeds Services.

Chlamydia Screening

The practice routinely screens all young people between 15 and 25 years of age for chlamydia.  This is done from the urine sample brought to the surgery when you have your registration medical.
